Our building policies and procedures are at the core of our operations.

We provide up-to-date policies consistent with the direction of our Board of Directors, as well as the legislative requirements of the various Acts to which we are accountable.

Guidelines You'll Encounter Day to Day

Visitor Sign-In

All visitors are asked to sign in when entering the facility.

Infection Control

During times of illness, please respect any posted guidelines and stay home if you are feeling unwell.

Food Brought in for Residents

Label food with the resident's name and date and give it to kitchen staff. Food is not to be left in resident rooms.

Room Safety

Throw rugs and floor or wall-secured lamps are not permitted. Families handle off-site seasonal storage.

Clothing & Labelling

Clothing is labelled on arrival and should be durable "wash and wear". The home is not responsible for damaged clothing.
