For Everyone
All Abilities Welcome
- Residents are encouraged to take part in whatever programs appeal to them, no matter their level of ability.
- Family members are welcome to join their loved ones during programs.
- Monthly calendars are given to each resident at the beginning of every month, and residents are kept aware of upcoming events.
- Recreation staff regularly visit residents who can't attend group functions, offering conversation, walks, tactile exercises, reading letters and music in their rooms.
- We welcome - and will try to accommodate - each resident's special interests, talents and hobbies. Resident input helps us introduce new ideas that benefit everyone.
- Residents and families are encouraged to take part in Resident Council, so residents have input in decisions affecting their life at the home.
